Portfolio of Work
I study how to co-create realistic and motivating stories
of what a better future could look and feel like,
especially in complex system contexts where change feels intractable.
My work moves between imagination and implementation,
from community-built futures to patient-voice research that changes
how care is delivered.
Featured Work
Consulting with Kaiser Permanente's Innovation Team, I co-lead this project to define a 5-year strategy for how patients will navigate to care.

This futures report addresses how the landscape of midlife care is changing: social media, new medical research, and FemTech interventions are shaping how healthcare systems should address the menopause transition.

Futures methods helped shift perspectives from current day habits to a more systemic perspective of where the veterinary industry is likely headed.

Adding a deeply participatory element to XF methods helps us provoke new conversations about the futures we want to see.

Collaboratively and iteratively designing the future of medical building reception: check-in and wait-time technologies, patient flow, and new ways of working.
